How effective has your yoga practice been for calming down your mind? Try spending a little less time on the postures and a little more time sitting quietly and turning your attention inward.
Think about what situations make you restless, such as leaving at the last minute and rushing to an appointment, or doing so many things at once that your head seems to spin. Then think of ways you can prevent these situations from happening, like leaving early to an appointment or scaling back your schedule.
Use an everyday activity to practice one-pointedness. For example, when you brush your teeth, work on your computer, or prepare a meal, do so with one-pointed attention.
